Cancellation Policy
📋 Booking and Cancellation Policy We're excited to have you join us! Please review this policy carefully, as it creates a clear agreement for both you and Flying in Paradise. 1. Registration and Deposits To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, which confirms your commitment to the retreat: Single Retreat (7 Days): £390 GBP Paradise Combo (14 Days): £700 GBP This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, as it helps us cover early expenses and secure the retreat center and logistics. 2. Payments and Deadlines Your payments are tiered to give you the best rates and help us plan effectively: Early Bird Pricing Deadline: Secure the lowest rate by booking by December 15th. Regular Pricing Deadline: The Regular Price period runs from December 16th to February 21st. Last Minute Pricing: This tier begins on March 1st. Final Payment: The remaining balance of your retreat cost is due two weeks before your retreat begins. 3. Cancellations and Refunds We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellation for personal emergencies, injury, or unforeseen circumstances, as we adhere to a strict cancellation policy: If You Cancel: Your initial deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel after making your final payment (less than two weeks before the start date), no refund will be issued. If We Cancel (Minimum Enrollment): A minimum of 4 students is required for a retreat to proceed. In the unlikely event that we do not meet the minimum enrollment, we will notify you immediately. We will then work with you to either reschedule your booking or provide a full refund of all payments made to Flying in Paradise, including your deposit. Note: Flying in Paradise is not responsible for any expenses incurred for canceled external arrangements, such as flights. 4. Logistics and Accommodation Accommodation: Retreat prices are based on co-ed shared, dorm-style accommodations. Participant preferences are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Private rooms may be available for an additional cost; please enquire about these as early as possible. Dietary Needs: Airborne Arts can accommodate food restrictions, but you must provide any allergy or dietary restriction information to us at least two weeks in advance of the retreat start date. Travel: Participants are responsible for their own ground travel if their itinerary does not align with our scheduled group transport from SJO Airport
