Each day at our retreat is packed with thrilling activities and relaxation. Start your morning with a warm up session, after enjoying a breakfast smoothie, followed by flying trapeze classes led by our expert coaches. Enjoy a nutritious breakfast, then dive into a second after noon session or explore the lush rainforest. Afternoons are for a supporting skill session or you can just do some relaxation by the pool or indulging in a spa treatment. Evenings feature communal dinners and board games under the stars.

While the local currency is the Costa Rican Colón, US Dollars (USD) are widely accepted in the area. For any optional add-ons like massage, canyoning, or additional trapeze classes, you will pay Airborne Arts directly, and they will specify the currency (usually USD or GBP equivalent).

All participants will be required to sign a release of liability waiver before the first training session.

Yes! The circus arts community is built on collaboration. The majority of our guests travel solo. We structure the classes and jams to ensure you are partnered with other participants.

March is typically part of Costa Rica's dry season, meaning you can expect warm, sunny weather perfect for training and relaxing. However, as the center is located in the rainforest, occasional showers can occur, keeping the valley lush.

All participants must be 18 years or older.

Airborne Arts is situated in a rural jungle neighborhood. Your coaches and the Airborne Arts staff are trained in emergency procedures and will coordinate transport to the nearest medical facilities should the need arise.

While it is not mandatory to book, we highly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance. This insurance should cover trip cancellation for personal emergencies, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation. Our cancellation policy is strict, and travel insurance protects your investment.

The Flying Trapeze Immersion is open to all levels, from absolute beginner to experienced flyer. We work with you at your own level to ensure safety and skill progression.

The aerial deck is open-air but covered. In the event of heavy rain, classes can continue on the deck, or we may adjust the schedule to use other available covered space for conditioning or classroom-style work.

Airborne Arts provides three delicious, freshly prepared meals a day that are mostly organic. The food is healthy, nourishing, and draws on local ingredients. The kitchen staff is happy to accommodate food restrictions as much as possible, provided you inform us two weeks in advance of the start date.

While not an included service, please ask the staff on site about local options for handwashing or paid laundry services.

The Partner Acro Intensive welcomes beginners eager to start their journey, and intermediates looking to expand their standing sequences and hand-to-hand drills. Jared and Toffy believe anyone can base and fly with the right technique!

Bedding and towels are provided by Airborne Arts. You should bring all your personal toiletries.

We recommend packing light for the jungle climate. Essentials include: Training Clothes: Plenty of comfortable, tight-fitting clothes for aerials and acro (leggings, leotards, t-shirts). Long sleeves and leggings are recommended for aerials to prevent friction burns. Hiking Shoes: Closed-toe shoes that can get wet and have good grip are essential for the Nauyaca Waterfall excursion, as you will be wading and walking on wet ground. Hiking sandals like Keens or Chacos also work well. Essentials: Swimwear, sunscreen, a reusable water bottle, bug repellent, a wide-brimmed hat, and a small backpack for excursions. Weather: The Diamante Valley can get cool at night, so pack a light jacket or sweatshirt.

Free WiFi is available on-site. Keep in mind that you are in a secluded, rural jungle neighborhood, so while the WiFi is functional, it is best suited for checking email and basic communication. It may not be reliable enough for heavy video streaming or demanding work calls.
